Roman Road Tract for Kids - How to present the Gospel to children using paper
Selected verses in the book of Romans have been used for centuries to explain God's plan of salvation. At Memory Cross we have taken the verses and put them into a child friendly creative card that kids want to keep.
Here are the verses we have used for the Roman Road Tract for Kids.
Panel 1: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23 NIV). For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23 NIV)
Panel 2: But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8 NIV)
Panel 3: If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9 NIV)
Panel 4: Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. (romans 10:13 NIV). Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. (romans 8:1)
People going on mission trips may not speak the language and this card provides a way to explain God's plan of salvation in English plus the person's native language.
The card also doubles as a craft project allowing children to personalize it by coloring with their favorite colors. Here are the panels in English. For the Spanish, Haitian and Romanian versions we simply added that language along with the English.
