Evangelism and Outreach

EvangelismThe church in America is in decline but we don't believe it needs to be that way. Even with the decline in church attendance there are churches that are thriving. While there are many factors that play a role on whether a church is growing or not evangelism is an important factor. A church that understands and embraces the Great Commission to go and make disciples will have a heart for reaching their community and the world.

A church may have great programs and preaching and its members may be experiencing God's grace within the church but if it is not reaching out to to the local community it will find itself shrinking instead of growing.

Mike Vitamvas has extensive experience in marketing and advertising in the corporate world and believes the principles of getting the word out for a business are the same as for a church. No matter the size of your church or how focused it is on reaching others, there are simple things that every church can do.

Growth won't happen overnight, but with a consistent outreach program your church will bring in a steady stream of visitors. The church has an amazing message, unfortunately we do little to get it out in America.

If you have come across this page and your church is doing little or no evangelism, take heart. Change can start with you. Drive or take a walk in the neighborhoods that surround your church and pray. Pray that God will give you the heart love and reach out to the people who surround your church. Pray that God will show you ways you can reach them and then be open to his leading.

Take a few minutes and look over the resources that we offer. Each one is designed to help you reach your community. Call us if you need help: 800-799-0260 or if you prefer chat or email click the chat button at the bottom right of the screen.
